Monday Moments
by J.
- If you read this in a feed reader you will see that there are two posts today, the other was my dear Ramona letter from last week… it just never got finished and so I finally hit publish morning but I wanted it to be in the right spot on the blog so I back dated it.
- It finally got finished this morning because I have been awake since dark o’clock and finally decided I should just get up and get some stuff done rather than tossing a turning.
- There is nothing worse than having a cold, being exhausted and being unable to sleep.
- We are all just pluggin along around here, trying to make it through February without any major catastrophes occurring.
- I am tapping and doing TRE and taking Niacin and hoping that I can work through this dark spot while I wait for the light to return.
- I am also counting the days till Orlando because hugging the women who hold me up through the rest of the year will be a really good thing.
- 16 days, just in case you were wondering.
- If you are a female caregiver for kids with a trauma history and you think that you might one day want to come to Orlando there are some changes going on in terms of leadership for next year and there is new website
- I must say that I am worried about P and how our 3 little angels are going to be in my absence, it is not that he can not handle them, it is not that he will not be fine, it is that they require constant supervision and that gets draining when you are alone all day for multiple days.
- In-spite of my concerns I will still go and I love every minute and I will know that they will survive.
- On that note, I am going to go get another cup of coffee, tap with my favourite southern belle, get my kids moving and start another day.
- I can do this today.
